Purpose of processing.
The company JUFREL, whose registered office is located at 4 allée Duquesne, 33138 LANTON, operates an online sales website at www.onceuponatide.fr (hereinafter referred to as «the site»). This site is used to receive customer orders, and the data collected in this context is recorded and processed in a customer database.
This database is used to:
- Manage orders, payment and delivery.
- Conduct marketing activities (loyalty schemes, promotions) and send advertising communications by e-mail to customers who have not objected or who have given their consent:
- For products similar to those they have ordered.
- For other products offered by the company. For example, if a customer purchases a Pontos instrument, a connectivity accessory may be suggested to them.
Legal basis for processing.
- Order management: the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (see Article 6.1.b of the European General Data Protection Regulation).
- Sending commercial solicitations by e-mail for products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the company's legitimate interest (see Article 6.1.f of the European GDPR), namely to promote our products to our customers.
- Sending commercial solicitations by e-mail for other products offered by the company JUFREL: the legal basis for processing is consent (see Article 6.1.a of the European GDPR), as required by Article L. 34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code.
- Keeping accounts requiring the retention of data for a period of 10 years: the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (see Article 6.1.c of the European GDPR).
Categories of data.
- Identity: surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, internal processing code for customer identification, data relating to registration on opt-out lists.
- Order-related data: transaction number, details of purchases, purchase amounts, data relating to invoice settlement (payments, outstanding amounts, discounts), product returns.
- Payment method data: this data is processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands). The company JUFREL has no access to this information.
- Data required for loyalty and prospecting activities: purchase history.
Recipients of data.
- JUFREL's customer service and billing departments are recipients of all categories of data.
- Its subcontractors responsible for delivering its orders are recipients of the identity, address and telephone number of our customers.
Data retention period.
- Data required for order management and billing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.
- Data required for loyalty activities and prospecting: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
- Payment method data: this data is not accessible by the company JUFREL; it is collected at the time of the transaction by our provider Mollie B.V.
- Data relating to opt-out lists for receiving prospecting: three (3) years.
Your rights.
If you no longer wish to receive advertising from the company JUFREL (exercising the right to object or withdrawing consent already given), please contact us at: contact@onceuponatide.fr.
You may access, rectify or request the erasure of data concerning you. You also have the right to data portability and the right to restriction of processing of your data (visit the website cnil.fr for more information on your rights).
